Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.
What we collect
When you send a booking request we collect the details you type into the form: your full name, email address, phone number, number of travellers, preferred travel date and any notes you choose to add.
Your browser also remembers two small preferences — your chosen language and your chosen currency — so the site looks the same the next time you visit.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to contact you about the request you sent, to prepare a quotation, and to arrange the travel you asked for. We may also use them to reply if you write to us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising to third parties.
Who we share it with
To complete a booking we pass the passenger details you give us to the airline or tour operator handling that trip, and only the details needed for that service.
We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, or to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
Booking requests are kept while we are in contact with you about that trip and afterwards for a reasonable period so we can support you, keep accurate records and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop processing it or to send it elsewhere.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@abrajtravels.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom.
Security
Access to booking requests is restricted to the people in our team who need them to serve you. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send us payment card numbers by email or WhatsApp.
