By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Pressing "Book now" sends us a request. It does not confirm a booking, hold a seat, or reserve a price. A booking only exists once our team has checked availability with the airline or package operator and you have accepted our confirmed quotation.

We are not a payment processor and we do not take card or bank payments through this website. Payment, when it happens, is arranged directly with a member of our team.

Prices shown on this website are indicative and are quoted per person. Airline fares, taxes and package prices change frequently and may rise or become unavailable between the moment you browse and the moment we confirm.

The price you are quoted at confirmation is the price you pay. Currency amounts shown in euros are converted for display and the payable amount is confirmed in the currency of the final invoice.

You are responsible for providing accurate passenger names and dates of birth, and for holding a valid passport, visa, transit visa and any health documentation required for your journey.

We are not able to be held responsible for a refusal of boarding or entry caused by documents that were not supplied or were incorrect.

Abraj Travel arranges travel on your behalf. The contract of carriage for a flight is with the operating airline, and the services of a tour package are delivered by the ground operator named in your confirmation. Their conditions of carriage, baggage rules, check-in rules and cancellation rules apply alongside these terms.

Where those conditions and these terms differ, the carrier's or operator's conditions govern the service they provide.
